Drawbacks of Coffee
- Bad quality coffee can have a lot of impurities in it which can cause sickness and headache.

- Coffee can cause insomnia and restlessness.

Coffee and Teeth
Many of us are unaware of how coffee affects our teeth or even think about the aftereffect of coffee and tea in our gums and teeth. There is nine major acids present in tea it can destroy our enamel. Also teeth is very sensitive, by drinking hot coffee it can damage your teeth and also dark colored drinks can cause stain on your teeth. Dark colored drink can cause your teeth to yellow color.
But black coffee is more problematic why because adding milk to your coffee powder can reduce acidic nature.
